Rooney & Co is the birthplace or Arun Estate Agencies Ltd, who are the largest independent Estate Agents in the South East, which was founded in 1981 by Paul Rooney. Paul had decided to start his own Estate Agency based on his own frustrations when trying to buy a family home in Horsham. This ethos of "my people will do the best job possible" runs right through the company from Managing Director to the newest of sales advisors. We are still a "family owned business" and we now occupy one of the best retail positions within Horsham's prestigious Carfax making us visual and accessible to all. We believe in traditional values such as hard work, honesty and good old-fashioned customer service, incorporating the latest technologies and marketing methods.

- Everyone is trained to the Arun Estates Training programme, which has been recognised by our profession. In 2005 we won the won the Estate Agency of the Year Gold Award for Training and Development and followed this up in 2006 with a Silver Award!
