We are offering a fast track career in estate agency achieving branch management in just 18 months.
We are looking to recruit already successful sales people, or people with management experience who are looking for a change in career.
- You will learn all about buying and selling properties and will receive award winning training to understand the business and develop your skills fast. After three months you will receive a formal assessment, which will review your achievement against your targets.
- Property valuing courses and general management training will then occur over the next 6 month period and you will also be expected to complete our Buildings Construction Module and pass an exam at this stage.
- You will then be set a project to complete and will undertake a further review and if successful you will be promoted to sales manager.
- From sales manager you will then be trained on the administration aspects of running a branch together with general sales administration.
- The final assessment is carried out at the 18 month stage with a view to another promotion to an available branch manager role.
