I started my career with Arun Estates (Rooney & Co) in 1994 as a trainee in Horsham and through constant training and close management became the youngest ever manager in 1998. In 1999 I was awarded with the Branch Manager of the Year, again the youngest person ever to win the award, which lead to promotion of Senior Branch Manager and the rest is history.

The company has offered me levels of support and training that other companies could only dream off, with a sense of competition and team sprit that you can feel at all levels, forming the foundations of the companies ethos.

I now run 8 offices covering diverse market places and personalities which are both challenging and fun to work with. There is a strong career path, rewards and a "can do" attitude which other firms would struggle to offer"
