OPTION 1
When you market your property and use our conveyancing service you will pay only £299.00 plus VAT for your Home Information Pack.
New Deferred HIPs Payment Option!
For customers who would prefer not to pay for their Home Information Pack up front we can now offer a deferred payment option at an additional cost of £70.00.
OPTION 2
If you have already made arrangements for your conveyancing then choose Option 2 - a Home Information Pack for the price of £399.00 plus VAT.

OPTION 3
Seller Supplied HIP
We will accept a HIP provided by you on condition that it complies with the regulations stipulated in the Housing Act 2004. Please note that if you choose this option, that the HIP provided must be sent to us in an electronic format.
There is no charge for a seller who supplies their own HIP!
OPTION 4
No HIP Required due to continuous marketing
If your property has been continuously marketed without a HIP prior to the dates below, and you can provide evidence, we will market your property without a HIP.
