Jason Willets - Land & New Homes Regional Director
The Cubitt & West Land & New Homes Team is lead by Jason Willetts, Land & New Homes Regional Director. Jason has been involved in the estate agency business for over 20 years and has a wide range of experience in all aspects of the business. He is supported by a strong team who together have the expertise to advise on just about every aspect of residential development, while having the professional contacts to assist with architectural and planning needs.

Robert Young - Field Sales Manager
Rob joined Arun Estates in July 2007 as Field Sales Manager, having previously worked in the sales departments of Kings Oak Homes, Charles Church and Bellway Homes as Sale Manager of their 500 unit flagship development in Hither Green East London. He brings with him a wide range of property experience including 2 years as the main landscaping contractor for Rialto Homes on part of there five year redevelopment of Brentford, West London.
Sarah James - Field Sales Consultant
Sarah joined Arun Estates in June 2007 after previously working as fund manager for the NHS and more recently a worked for another local Estate Agents as a negotiator in both sales and lettings. Her role as New Homes Field Sales Consultant, covers Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire in all aspects of new homes sales.
