This has been a great home and being ground floor with the doors opening onto the private terrace we have enjoyed many family gatherings in the sunshine with something cold!

The position is also perfect as the Co Op is just round the corner so if you run out of anything it is a short stroll away. Being central to the town was also a must and walking through the park to get there is also a lovely way to spend a day.

Our father also needed something that he could lock up and leave as he travelled a lot so this was perfect base for that. We know that the next buyers will enjoy what the property has to offer as much as he did.
